They tried to match existing flooring at our home and did not match the floor and promised to fix it. We have not been able to contact them since. They took their money and ran leaving us with two different floor colors in one room. Don't believe anything Richard Williams tells you. Do not hire this company! His team left the project each day clean and livable. Charles communicated well throughout the project and was always present directing workers or subs as well as crafting the majority of the work himself. Even when construction challenges were faced or changes had to be made, they were handled in an efficient and timely manner.
